This pt presented w/ a complaint of crowded and discolored teeth. The pt was educated on the different treatment options available including the most conservative, orthodontics. The pt did not want to go thru the time consuming process of braces and chose to have her smile improved using a combination of ceramic crowns and veneers.
Jon
Jon had been in my practice for a while, but was not ready to proceed w/ treatment until he noticed that the small pieces of teeth that were chipping off, kept getting bigger and bigger. We had Jon in a bite guard to help minimize the damages, but the majority of the damage had been done many years before Jon came to my practice. We talked to Jon about the importance of restoring his dentition back to a more esthetic and functional place. At Jon's young age, without proper treatment, he may well have ended up in a complete denture.
Jon's case was beautifully restored using a combination of all ceramic crowns, veneers and one implant. After his rehabilitation, Jon is totally pain free and smiling bigger than ever!
Pam
Pam is a patient who presented to my practice w/ a history of multiple crowns and fillings that had all been done over the past 40 years. Some were is good shape, while the majority were failing. Pam desired a more uniform , esthetic, and youthful smile. She also was having trouble with her TMJ, and muscles.
Pam's treatment was a full mouth reconstruction, including multiple ceramic crowns, veneers, and implants. She has been ecstatic with her treatment, and claims that her headaches are completely gone, and her bite feels great! Another satisfied customer!
Dave
Dave had suffered from severe periodontal disease with multiple failing restorations. After reviewing all treatment options and expectations, Dave elected to have his remaining upper teeth extracted, followed by bone grafting to preserve the ridge, and then ultimately place 4 dental implants which are used to help maintain the bone and provide retention for his denture.
The final esthetic and functional results have made Dave one of my happiest patients.
